Job Description
- Perform routine maintenance on cold room units and refrigeration systems within the building
- Carry out scheduled maintenance checks across general building systems (maintenance-only role, no installation/fixing work)
- Monitor and report equipment performance issues to the facility management team
- Support day-to-day technical upkeep of a 45-level tower, ensuring systems run smoothly
- Follow safety protocols and maintenance schedules set by the facility management department
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in cold room maintenance
- Prior experience in building maintenance, ideally within facility management
- Valid QID (Qatar ID) required
- Able to work 6 days a week, 8-hour shifts plus 1-hour break
- Available for immediate joining
